Dominic Roberts is inspecting architect at the Grade ll* listed church on Chapel Street in Preston. Recent projects include: repair works to the front facade including lead flashings, terracotta repairs, glass repairs, pointing and re-roofing; installation of a discreetly located access floor to improve safety in the vicinity of internal roof access ladders; inspection of tympanum sculptures above the main entrance doors; installation of LED lighting, audio system and speakers.

We are also working on feasibility studies for the improvement of the social centre on a tight urban site opposite the church.
