We are developing designs for the adaptive reuse of Moss Mill in Preston. The Grade ll listed building is an early steam-powered spinning mill of the 1790s that was part of a planned colony of mill and weavers' cottages. The building is currently home to The Ferret music venue and the aim is to convert the whole of the building for music and performance uses. May 2025.
